The "Success" That Almost Broke Me

I remember the exact moment I realized my "dream business" was actually a cage.

It wasn't a dramatic explosion. It was a Tuesday morning. I was sitting at my desk, staring at a to-do list that I had written myself, for a business I had built myself, and I felt... nothing. Actually, less than nothing. I felt a deep, heavy dread in my gut.

I was doing everything "right." I had the strategy. I had the ambition. I was checking every box on the "Successful CEO" checklist. But my body—my Generator Sacral—had completely shut down.

And then, the lights went out. Literally.

A 5-day migraine took me down. It wasn't just a headache; it was a hard reset. Lying in the dark, unable to look at a screen, I had to face the quiet truth I had been avoiding: I had built a business I couldn't sustain.

The Pivot: Ambition by Design

I realized I had been building a business for a "Projector" (waiting for invitations, low energy) or a "Manifestor" (big bursts of initiation), but I am a Generator.

I have immense, sustainable energy—but only when I am lit up. I was leaking my power into "shoulds," "have-tos," and other people's blueprints.

So, I burned the blueprint.

I stopped hustling for approval and started designing for alignment. I traded the "Grind" for the "Flow." I traded the "Boardroom" for the "Camper." I traded "Success at all costs" for "Ambition by Design."

Who I Am Now

I am the Cozy Director.

I am not here to be your guru on a pedestal. I am here to be your partner in the trenches (but, like, cozy trenches with good coffee).
